Billing questions
How do I pay, and who handles the payment?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. They handle the card details and issue your receipt — we never see your card number. Applicable Canadian sales tax is calculated and remitted at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days of a charge, for any reason. See the refund policy.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the application stops opening, but your company files stay on your computer and remain readable.
I got a new computer. Do I have to buy again?
No. Deactivate ACDO on the old machine before you retire it, or email support@acdo.app and we will move your activation. There is no charge for this.
Do you offer a discount for accountants with several clients?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If you need several licences, write to support@acdo.app and we will sort something out directly.
Will the price go up?
If it does, it will not go up on you mid-term, and we will tell you before your next renewal rather than after.
